Are the bikes for sale in a shop or online only?
Ferla Bikes are available for purchase by phone. Additionally, we welcome visitors to our location in Azusa, California, with prior notice and an appointment.

Is there a built-in battery?
Yes, most Ferla Bikes include a built-in battery for operating onboard equipment.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts 8–12 hours, depending on usage and load.

What kind of power does the bike/cart have?
It depends on the model. For example, Ferla X features a 750W rear hub motor for efficient operation and an onboard battery for auxiliary equipment.Â
Can I plug in my phone/coffee machine/mixer?
The battery is designed to power add-ons sold by Ferla, such as the sink pump, LED lights, freezer/refrigerator. For pedal-assist bike models, there is a separate battery dedicated to that function. Some models also include a phone charging port for added convenience.
How long does the freezer last? Is there a built-in battery?
Freezers are powered by the onboard battery and can operate for up to 8 hours on a full charge.
